Not every home is filled with tons of natural light or neutral spaces for us to make magic in - and that's okay! The studio is a great option for those who want a session outside of their home. It's the perfect backdrop for any type of session, and we'd love to welcome you!
Nestled in the heart of Winston Salem, our natural light studio in West End makes the perfect backdrop for your session!
Our beautifully curated wardrobe has been designed with you in mind. With a variety of dresses ranging in size and fit, we have something for every season of motherhood.
Your time is valuable, which means stressing over what to wear and dealing with shopping and returns is a pain.
I love to jump on the phone together and discuss what your needs + wants are to ensure I’m the best fit for your family. We’ll review the Investment Guide together and I’ll answer any questions you may have. If you’d like to move forward, your booking fee or membership fee is due in full to reserve your space on my calendar.

I’ll either reserve your due date, or the desired date of your portrait session on my calendar. Based on that date, we’ll get your Planning Appointment scheduled. During this, we’ll discuss wardrobe options and your dream session.
02: Wardrobe & Session Planning

If you choose to use our hair and makeup services, one of our preferred teams will ensure you’re pampered and relaxed, leaving you looking and feeling stunning & ready for your session! We’ll meet up for your session and create beautiful imagery together, having lots of laughs and fun along the way.
03: Hair + Makeup & Session Day

We’ll meet, either in person or via Zoom to view your images for the first time together. From here, we’ll discuss what artwork is best for your family. Together, we’ll narrow down your favorite images to be used for album or framing, and discuss all artwork options.
04: Viewing & Ordering Appointment

Once your artwork is complete and ready to be displayed, I’ll hand deliver it to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. I’ll also provide information on your artwork choices and how to care for it to preserve its pristine condition.

My schedule tends to book out a minimum of 2 months in advance. If you’re inquiring about a Maternity / Newborn Session, please reach out during your second trimester. I suggest Maternity Sessions take place between 28-34 weeks.

I’m a Newborn and Family Photographer serving the Winston-Salem, North Carolina area. I also travel to High-Point, Greensboro, Charlotte, Statesville, and the immediate surrounding areas.

• All wraps and equipment are sanitized prior to your session.
• All Newborn sessions are scheduled at least 24 hours apart.
• All adults in my home are fully vaccinated.
• I will be wearing a mask during all indoor Newborn sessions.
• Upon entering your home, I’ll wash and sanitize my hands. I carry hand sanitizer with me and will use it regularly throughout your Newborn session.
• Contact with your baby is minimal unless you prefer I swaddle, calm, or adjust your baby during your Newborn session.

All Signature Sessions last anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour depending on your little one(s). I like to give young children a chance to warm up before we jump into photos, and many times the full length of your session is dictated by their moods and participation.
Newborn Sessions tend to run longer if baby needs to feed or gets fussy. I’m always happy to stay until I feel we’ve captured all aspects of your Newborn Session.

Luckily for you, mama, you’ve got access to my Client Wardrobe! It’s carefully curated to ensure you find a dress perfect for your session.
I always want to make sure you feel comfortable and beautiful in anything you put on! I do recommend avoiding bold patterns or bright and saturated colors. Neutrals always photograph beautifully and create a timeless look and feel. I usually suggest a simple swaddle for baby, and a complementary color for dad and siblings. The neutral tones will give your photos a more elegant look & feel, and ensure they photograph gorgeously in any room of your home.
