The good news is – it’s totally up to you! But, I can provide some helpful tips that may help you decide!

Check out the sunset time for the day of you wedding. If it looks like you’ll have zero time for photos during golden hour, lets try to rethink your timeline so we can make this happen! A first look is a great way to ensure you’ll have some wiggle room to either fit all photos in before the ceremony with natural lighting, or have some extra alone time with your significant other for solo bride and groom portraits during the prettiest time of the day.

I’m local to Winston Salem but I’m up for traveling just about anywhere!

For weddings larger than 100+ I suggest a second shooter, and include one in most of my packages. This provides a different perspective of your wedding day and results in more photographs!

Your gallery will mostly consist of color photographs. I occasionally will add in black and white images if the lighting is best for black and white. You can always request a limited amount of free black and white images after receiving your gallery.

Your gallery will stay up for 1 year. You have a download option to save the images to your computer from the gallery before this 1 year is up.

Your engagement session is complementary so I can get to know you both and see how you interact as a couple before the big day. However, I’m happy to switch out the Engagement session for a Bridal session for $150 fee.

I want your photos to feel natural. Pinterest has flooded our minds with the idea that we need to have props, but the truth is, you don’t. However, I do encourage props that are special to you, such as, your pups (please bring your pup(s), please), or incorporating a special food or drink you two love to share!
